Vicente Ferri fundador de la queser\u00eda y su hija Amparo Ferri vinieron a ense\u00f1arnos c\u00f3mo se hace el mejor queso fresco de toda Espa\u00f1a, premiado en 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Hemos de darles las gracias por la degustaci\u00f3n que nos ofrecieron y por toda la informaci\u00f3n que nos aportaron sobre la fabricaci\u00f3n del queso fresco y el reques\u00f3n que se realiza en la Queser\u00eda ubicada en el mismo Ontinyent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Os animamos a que los prob\u00e9is, est\u00e1n riqu\u00edsimos!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El jueves 6 de abril celebramos el d\u00eda mundial del queso con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Queser\u00eda la Vall de Ontinyent.
